If the induction cooker still does not work, please contact customer service for inquiries.
Please note that when there is no pot on the induction cooker, it cannot be controlled. It can be operated only when there is a stainless steel or cast iron pan on the induction cooker. Otherwise, there will be no response even if you press the buttons of the induction cooker.

High-power induction cooker use environment
1. Please use a power socket above 16A, otherwise the induction cooker may not reach the best performance!
2. Please use a pot made of pure stainless steel or cast iron, otherwise the induction cooker may not be able to sense the induction cooker, resulting in the induction cooker not working, inoperable, and displaying E0!
3. Please use a pan with a bottom diameter of 15cm or more. If the bottom diameter is less than 15cm, the induction cooker may not be able to sense the pot!
4. Please use pots with no dents, potholes, or deformities at the bottom of the pot, otherwise the induction cooker may not be able to sense the pot!
