BAND MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Stand in front of a mirror and wrap the measurement tape around your body, right underneath your breasts. Make sure the measurement tape is horizontal and wraps tightly around your body. The measurement you identify is your band size in inches. If you find yourself being between sizes, for instance 41, your correct size could be both 40 and 42.

CUP SIZE MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Stand in front of a mirror and measure around the fullest part of your breast. In order to get the cup size, you would need to subtract the bust measurements from the band measurements.

Here's an example:

Cup Size = Bust Size - Band Size 0 = AA <1 = A 1 = B 2 = C 3 = D 4 = DD 5 = DDD/E 6 = F 7 = G 8 = H

Usage 

1: First turn clockwise from 0-55 to 55 scale, and wind up the mainspring.
IMPORTANT (Exceeding the scale will reverse and damage the gear, and when the scale is at 0, you cannot directly rotate counterclockwise in the direction of 55). 
2: Return to the desired timing scale (for example, if the timing is 5 minutes, you can return to scale 5). 
3: Place it and wait for the bell to remind you. 
4: Remember! It must be wound first every time. If it is directly screwed to the timing time, it will not ring. Because there is a gap in the operation of the gear structure, the error of the ringing time is about 1 minute.
